ZT999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ZT999 through zt999.im, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, card games, virtual sports, and all associated promotional activities. They apply to all registered users regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

ZT999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the player's responsibility to check this page periodically. ZT999 will notify registered users of material changes by email where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To access ZT999's real-money products, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ZT999 does not knowingly permit minors to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• Each individual may only hold one active account on ZT999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any third party — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Your ZT999 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or use your account in any other way.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. ZT999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in securing your password or device.
• ZT999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

ZT999 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in response to risk flags. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• You may be asked at any time to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held and, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account suspension.
• ZT999 may verify your identity through third-party identity verification services. By registering, you authorise ZT999 to perform these checks.
• Documents submitted for verification will be handled in accordance with the ZT999 Privacy Policy. They will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for the purpose of identity verification.
• ZT999 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold pending withdrawals during the verification process without penalty or liability.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ZT999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits

• ZT999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• The minimum deposit at ZT999 is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to you. ZT999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be reversed and the account reviewed.
• ZT999 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — those are outside ZT999's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ZT999 balance instantly. In cases of network delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact ZT999 support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal at ZT999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account in your own name that matches your registered ZT999 account details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes in most cases. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
• ZT999 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution.
• ZT999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if this is the case.
• Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ZT999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct investigations if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ZT999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The following general bonus terms apply to all ZT999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion's individual terms state a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated for each promotion. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus unless a reload promotion is separately active.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new promotion before completing the current one's wagering requirements will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes. ZT999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional winnings if it suspects the bonus was claimed in bad faith, using fraudulent payment methods, or through coordinated play designed to exploit the offer.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are listed in individual promotion terms.
• ZT999 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed at ZT999. Specific rules for individual game categories (sports betting, casino, live casino, crash games) are available within each product section of the platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — whether affecting ZT999's systems or a third-party provider's platform — ZT999 will investigate and may void bets at its discretion where the fault materially affected the game outcome.
• ZT999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were offered due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Maximum win limits apply on a per-game, per-bet, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. ZT999 will not pay winnings above the stated maximum, and any excess will be forfeited.
• ZT999 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all software-based games. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by professional dealers. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.
• Any player found to be using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or exploit strategies to gain an unfair advantage will have their account suspended and all winnings forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZT999. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering if you are under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Opening more than one account per person, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use ZT999 for any financial crime.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots or exploit scripts to interact with any ZT999 game or betting product.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer card games.
• Abusing promotions through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or any strategy that exploits ZT999's bonus structures rather than engaging with games for entertainment.
• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of ZT999's platform, including any attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt its systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards ZT999 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

ZT999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some people, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• ZT999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check alerts, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
• If you wish to self-exclude from ZT999 immediately, you may request this through live chat support 24/7 or by emailing support@zt999.im. Your account will be restricted on the same day.
• ZT999 will not market to self-excluded players during any active exclusion period.
• Players who show signs of problem gambling behaviour may be contacted proactively by ZT999's responsible gaming team.
• Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ZT999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) when requested.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• Provision of false information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ZT999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from inactivity, your balance will remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation, subject to standard KYC checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZT999 support. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any active bonus at the time of closure will be removed from the account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on ZT999.im — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ZT999 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any ZT999 content without express written permission from ZT999.
• Game content provided by third-party software suppliers (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective companies. ZT999 licences this content for use on its platform.
• The ZT999 name, logo and brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company and may not be used by any third party without written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT999's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

• ZT999 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the platform, even if ZT999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ZT999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party system failures may temporarily affect availability. ZT999 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
• ZT999 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your own failure to secure your login credentials, your use of the platform from an unsecured network, or your device being compromised.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ZT999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy

ZT999's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Key points:

• ZT999 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, and marketing (where you have opted in).
• ZT999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ZT999, subject to our legal retention obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ZT999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ZT999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of ZT999 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ZT999 and request account closure before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ZT999's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ZT999:

• You should first contact ZT999 customer support at support@zt999.im, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking.
• ZT999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
• If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties may seek resolution through appropriate dispute mechanisms available under the applicable licensing framework.
• You agree that any claim against ZT999 must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
